Hi,

Our IT guys have looked into this and there was a slight bug in the coding that needed fixing. All stats are still being tracked, it was just the reporting that was a problem. I am just in the process of testing and will let you know as soon as I am done.

i tell ya its no fun to promote Aspinalls
1 player of Denmark
signed up made the free play bonus
and did not get credited yet, support stated to that player
They have had some system failure and got behind on crediting bonuses
i myself did not recieve the 100% 1st dep bonus over 1 week, then finally the live support credited it to my account.

And the next thing is
A UK based player gets redirected to Sun Vegas if he clicks my banner.

so,
Aspinalls says on their page
the 60 free play offer is only running til March31 2007
well, they should extend this in my opinion.
With all that bugs , many players could not get the offer.

And i as affiliate gonna loose sign ups,
its not easy to calm that member and hope he try again to click on my banner next week or so,

please check out whats going on.

i just heard from another player
that she also gets locked out
she UK based but is using AOL
so
what to do about this?
the system seeing AOL
and locks the players
even they are not living in the USA!
