    Lloyd you rock as I always have said, if there is a problem with stats I have all faith in you to get them fixed.

    I will say that my players have stopped playing for some reason but I cannot blame that on Lloyd. I would like the marketing dept to get my players back into the casino though.

    Yes, MG have had a whole bunch of stats issues in the last year, like the banner tag problem and now there is a new one… All winnings from the gambling feature of all bonus slots haven’t been recorded on the PTS (Casper) in the last two or three years if the players that won didn’t click on the ‘collect’ or ‘double up’ button but instead just closed the screen.

    Two or Three Years?? What will be the resulting action from this new problem?

    This is the first time I’ve heard of this particular problem, am I the only mushroom here?

    I apologize if this isn’t the right place for this question, perhaps someone could move it to a more appropriate spot.

    Siouxzee, good point. Once we receive the report from MG, I’ll update everyone as to the actual impact of this correction.

    Our download stats query is now working. Our IT guys are currently checking to ensure that the download stats are all being reported correctly but they assured me that they are (I quote) ‘98% sure’ that downloads are being reporting accurately. I apologize again for this inconvenience.

    My statistics have not been recorded correctly. That’s the bottom line. I have players who have e-mailed me after my last promotion featuring only All Jackpots Casino….no links…direct downloads only…. One depositing player ? 224 downloads No…No…No…I have deposited players who have not been accounted for.

    Singing and dancing ain’t going to help. All the cute e-mails don’t mean anything. All the friends in the world ain’t going to help….He can’t deny it. He hasn’t denied it.

    I have no doubt that you have had more than one paying download – and I do think that there is a serious issue about stats failure to be addressed.

    Lloyd, notwithstanding the poor behaviour – or some of the debatable marketting practices – do you really think that PacificSun1 doesn’t have a case regarding the statistical counting?

    The method of taking people through a casino tutorial and onto a download, and a deposit is a very good method of getting series of signups that will be relatively easy to monitor.

    This DOES need to be investigated.



    However, there does need to be an element of “quid pro quo” too – Lloyd has raised issues with logo corruption – incorrect promotion – that PacificSun1 will need to hold your hand up for … and put right.



    At the moment this thread has turned into some sort of popularity contest – and not surprisingly the mild-mannered Lloyd is winning out over the ranting PAcificSun1.

    However, that’s not the point. I’ve not met either person. I probably never will. But I’m prepared to look at both sides.

    I do not beleive that PacificSun1 will come on here ranting without good reason – and after having exhausted all other methods of communication. in the past he’s appear to be a valuable member of the community here.

    The main point is not personalities – or whether Lloyd is a nice guy …… it is about failed stats – and based on the affiliates anecdotal information it sounds like a sizable failure to accurately record signups and deposits.

    Can we please stop the popularity vote and let the main issue be sorted out. PacificSun1 will need to be able to provide proof, or at least good statistical information about why he KNOWS that 1 paying member is a wrong number ?

    Do you have email correspondance with your users ?
    Are there forum posts ?
    Do they register with you to take the course?
    (etc)

    Let’s get back to the REAL issue please … and try to get along …

    I can honestly say I ran a promotion a few months back and this was directed at new players, they were all tracked correctly, I had each person post their id to the casino in a thread and I could watch to make sure the stats were accurate.

    I cannot say that PacificSun1 has made false claims, all I am saying is that IF there are issues he can trust that Lloyd will see to them and get it all fixed up.

    I don’t think going to several spots on this forum and posting and ranting is the way to go, why not handle this private like in emails or maybe even a phone chat would help.

    Gooner made an excellent point! Nobody here, certainly not myself (heck I like the shit out of Lloyd and in fact he’s the main reason I still list BShare at all and I’ve written him to tell his bosses as much) and I don’t recall having read where Psun was attacking Lloyd personally, and you must admit that sometimes its a tough little dance around the petunias while still achieving what you were hoping to say…

    Biz is Biz and though I admit it seems to come into play far too often on the net; personality should not be an issue and the closest thing to it coming into play should be when you start getting towards integrity which I have no reason to doubt Lloyd’s.

    as for the bundling I guess I will just give up and yank everything but one property. for the life of me I cannot begin to understand the wisdom in choosing to limit the exposure of your casinos to just one per portal for the very reasons that Lloyd mentioned. Some will lean towards the slots and some towards other games. And by choosing to bundle Jackpot is taking away the opportunity to grab both groups of players.

    I have always thought that the bundling would come to an end but after the last 4 or 5 months having it eat up what rather disappointing (in comparison to other casinos enjoying same or less exposure) income I was managing to earn; finances are pratically demanding i replace with properties that aren’t going to hurt me from so many potent angles.
