    WHY DON’T WE DO THIS:

Let’s all search real hard and find as many payment processors as we can and educate all the American players as much as we can…

I know this sounds like “well, duh” but consider this:

It seems as if the DOJ is really gonna keep up the heat on as many banks and money processors as possible, right? So we gotta keep the heat up as well to keep things going.

If we can do this, how long before we break the system? Does the DOJ really have the time or the resources to continue putting this much attention on internet gaming?

I say we push back hard and see if we can break them before they break us.

The problem is that it probably costs $10 000 to defend for every $1 to prosecute or harrass. They can easily make it unfeasable to even attempt to service the sector.

They can only prosecute if there’s co-illegality, right?

And even then, they couldn’t prosecute everyone…

The 10/2006 legislation is a ban for online gambling payment processors .

The US gov. will chase any attempt to use these devices.

IMO the only future for US residents are the Offshore bank accounts.
Of course is restricted only for those cosmopolitan players.
    Small market maybe
