Anyone else had this ? Today I received 8 emails all at once from Aspire Affiliates. All of them are earnings advice. I haven’t received any since last March, and suddenly I get a load of them into my inbox with updated earnings, but all dated 6th November. One of the emails is a payment advice, to my Moneybookers account, but that has not come through. When I go to the affiliate program online, it is redirecting to what I think is a scam page. I believe the site may have been hacked. The link to the affiliate program is neogamespartners.com however it redirects and instead of going to the www it goes to ww2, and is not the normal affiliate program website. Anyone know whats going on with this?

I promote them but don’t have any of these emails, did you ask the aff manager?

Thanks for your reply. I have not contacted the Affiliate Manager as I thought if the site is hacked the emails may be too. It would appear that these emails are giving me my monthly earnings balances, and a payment advice. It would seem that the payment was 3 months ago, however I have never received it, in fact I stopped promoting them around 3 months ago as I no longer trusted the accuracy of their data reports. Have you been receiving payments and/or regular monthly payment advices? According to these emails I had a payment made to me, which I never received, and my account is in credit. Perhaps there is an affiliate manager on this forum from Aspire, or Neogames who can advise?

Thanks Caseym. I’ve realised that the link in the emails to login to my affiliate account is not going to Aspire Affiliates Program, but to the Neogames site, or hacked site as it looks to be. I have now found the Aspire Affiliates website and my user login details, and gained access to my account. It shows in there that I had an amount of £104 in July this year, which states ‘Approved and Statement Sent’. I never received any statement, nor did I receive any payment. Starting in August, my balance reverts to 0 as if I have been paid. I have gone over my payments received history in my Moneybookers account, and this payment certainly was never received to my account. Something is definitely wrong here, that Neogames suddenly send my 8 emails, and this is the first I know about any payment due to me. Being as I can access the Aspire Affiliates Program, I will send them an email to find out what is going on.

I stopped promoting them many many months ago. I was on CPA and i wasn´t happy with my stats at all in the end.

Today i got statement. Got 1 player in last month, so i´m going to get paid soon. Didn´t get any emails from them earlier though..

Kononen, Do you have to do anything to receive your payment? i.e. do you have to submit a payment request or something, or is it paid to you automatically? I still have not had any reply from Aspire Affiliates as per my email on 6th November, so I sent another email yesterday via their contact form in the affiliate program, but still no reply. I want to know where my earnings went from last July, as they were not received to my Moneybookers account which is my selected payment method, and my earnings balance was reset to 0. The terms and conditions are not so easy to understand, and it may be that I have to send them a statement requesting the payment? If I don’t get a response from them by tomorrow I will ask CAP if this can be escalated to CAP Resolution Service.

The payment will arrive automatically a few days after a statement has been received.

Thanks Kononen. My Moneybookers details are correct, and nothing was received, and I intend to find out where my commission is!!

Np. Try to push them a little bit more and remember to report on this thread as soon as you get some new info..

    Cheers,

So finally, after a week of sending emails to various email addresses I could find, and through their contact form within the affiliate program, I got a reply today. I have been told that the payment will be made to me on Friday this week, only 4 months late, but if it gets paid then its better late than never.

I will update on Friday/Saturday if the money has been received.

Thanks Kononen for your help/advice in this matter. I did indeed receive the money into my Moneybookers account today as they said I would. I have no idea what the 4 month delay was about, nor the stream of emails that came through months late, nor the dodgy website link inserted into the email. However, as they have honoured the payment I know consider this particular matter closed.
