I will be sending out instructions again on our invoicing process.
We don’t send you an invoice. When you complete your invoice you get the option to print and save a copy. All this was put in place prior to my arrival to make things easier for all and in about 99% of cases it has served us well. All we need to do now is simplify it and make a few minor changed to the form, then communicate it to all affiliates which I aim to do in the next few days.
