Cpays, when we show you scraped content we don’t want you to email the scammer and kindly wait for them to respond. They are going to ignore your mail and get busy building five more sites that steal content. Freeze any account that someone has complained about and do further investigations that way they are getting stopped asap none of this “oh we have contacted the affiliate and are awaiting a response” Bullshit we get fed every day. Freeze the account and if the affiliate is wrongly accused pay him his comission, if he is a thief he won’t be profiting for an extened month while you kindly ask him to remove the stolen content. Punish them hard and swiftly, and ban them from your program for life.

Ralp ayto un subsc ribeI find this Cpays bone of contention quite amusing. I have read all the threads over and over again, only to ask myself “why isn’t anything being done?”.
CAP is providing a line of communication to Cpays, why won’t they respond? I would guess perhaps Cpays has given up. Wouldn’t you if placed under the same circumstances? The barage of complaints from CAP members would bedazzle anyone and discourage any response.
The concerns are finally in the lime light, obvious outcomes as stated more than a year ago.
This is your industry just as much as it is Cpays. Thus far all I have read is ranting. Talk is cheap, stand up a be counted and do something about it. If you lack the knowledge learn it! Constructing websites is no easy task, now protect you property by learning how.

None of those ever got into my inbox. They were put into the SPAM folder by default. That doesn´t really help though. It´s still SPAM at the end of the day.
