Has anybody got an invoice yet? My balance is over $200 so I think I should receive an invoice from them. Right? I saw a message somewhere that they send the invoice 10th day of the month. It’s now 11th day but still no invoice. Anyone?
These invoices are sent to all customers eligible. Please make sure it has not gone into your junk folder.
If you have not recieved it please contact me and I will send one.
