Interesting read:

February 7, 2007 at 1:29 am #726325AnonymousInactiveThat’s a very interesting article. Hope EU line up with them.
a real risk is that the U.S. decides to continue its restrictive focus and succeeds in wiping out the Antiguan industry, then turns around and allows all of the Las Vegas companies to offer the same services Antigua-based operators offer now.
Hope UK open their eyes to this and see what US is doing on the London AIM exchange – wipping out gambling companies value.
Another interesting issue relatively to the inconsistency of the new UIGEA law and the position of the DOJ is that:
Applying what has been said, the Governement of Antigua could face prosecution by the DOJ because they allowed the establishment of companies that accept US bets.
So, very soon we can see arrest warrants for:
– all offshore Governements, for allowing the establishment of gambling companies that accept US bets, and profit from that;
– UK Secretary Tessa, being responsible for legalizing online gambling in the UK;
– all US bank CEO’s, for allowing money flows from US players to Neteller and then to casinos, profiting from wire comissions;
– all stock holders of gambling companies that at some point accepted US players, so capitalizing from this;
– FSA for attributing a money issuer license to Neteller, who used it to help transfer money from US players to casinos;
– George Bush for knowing all this and lacked an action against all the World sooner.So, we may see a Super Casino License in Manchester and a Super Prison license in Guantanamo very soon.
