Hey guys
On almost every page I visit here I get my Trend Micro popping up with a possible threat.
I’ve only managed to record this one because the strings are just far too long and I’ve had to type it out manually because Trend doesn’t let you copy, but they all look pretty much the same, so it could be a banner or something..
Anyway this is what is causing the issue:
Cheers

We were out of the office for the weekend. We’ll look into it and keep you posted.
Thanks for letting us know!

May 5, 2010 at 10:47 pm #809940KolyaMemberHi Renee,
Sorry for my delay in responding to you. Openx is a banner management system that we use for our banners throughout the site. It’s a 100% safe product but some firewalls give a false positive whenever they see JSON code executing which is used by Openx.
I assure you the pages are safe as our security software doesn’t detect any problems.
To solve this you should be able to white-list that url in the exceptions setting of your firewall.
If you still have trouble with this, reply here and I will assist you further.May 6, 2010 at 12:51 am #809945AnonymousInactiveNo probs and thanks for the response.
It’s not a real issue for me because I know it’s not malicious or a virus or anything, I was just concerned that you guys might be losing people if they get the same thing and don’t know what it is…
Cheers
