New Jersey may soon make online gambling legal within its borders — under certain conditions, of course. Read about it at the CAP News page.
You can be that there will be a cross-state plan, or possibly a tri-state plan, that will include NY and Connecticut here. The question here, if this should pass, is will a 20 % tax be too steep to reel in those who play online currently ?
