This is becoming quite the media sensation: More and more states are reporting crackdowns and general problems with a form of legalized online gambling known as “Internet sweepstakes”. It might not seem that directly connected with online casinos, but anyone following the regulatory/legal push for iGaming in the U.S. can surely see the connection — if one’s legal, there’s a solid legal argument for the other, as well. I love that these states are testing the waters, and pushing the envelope. All good stuff, Nathan, in the grand scheme of things.
