Hi all just wanted to say hi and i been reading alot of info here this past week lol (it goes on and on) Anyone who Would care to look at my Site in progress and make any sugestions would be much apreciated.Thanks and i look forward to getting to know you all!
Welcome to the forum JD. The first thing you will need is some content. Otherwise you will not have any way for your visitors to find your site via search engines because the search engines have nothing to spider other than banners. Also do some reading on page titles, these are very important in seo. For example, it looks like you are going to have a microgaming casinos page. The title should reflect what that page is about. Example: “Microgaming Casinos”. Think of it like a the title of a chapter in a book, basically giving you a little insight as to what the chapter is about. You will fair better if you use the word microgaming casinos instead of micro as I don’t think you will get very many searches for micro casinos. Same goes for Casino Bling, your homepage title, not very many searches for that phrase, so you want to get your important keywords that each page is optimized for in that particular page title. But there is also something to be said for optimizing your pages for the less popular keywords, especially starting out, just think about what you are trying to accomplish with each page, then think if you were a visitor what would you type in the search engine to find what you are looking for, then it will be clear what you should rap about on the page as well as what to put in the page title. It is a constant learning process and the more you read, the more it will sink in. Also read about backlinks. There are tons of things to learn, just take it day by day and READ READ READ. But just starting out getting more content and page titles are 2 of the more important things that you should learn early as getting these right will benefit you much more than 20 of the smaller things to learn. Thank you very much for your input bonusgeek i will work on those things next, you have been very helpful. As you problebly saw all of my pages haven’t even been uploaded yet. I am going very slow because i’m just learning to use front page. It’s much harder than i anticipated But i am getting their. Again thanks for taking the time to look and coment:)
