I added a link to your Cassava Enterprises Blacklisted article a few days ago — nice article, by the way.May 3, 2006 at 1:11 am #690804AnonymousInactiveFor all the people that PM me your links are up. I would like to warn due diligence in this matter. The bad boys may scrape and redirect. greek39

May 3, 2006 at 3:19 am #690818AnonymousInactiveMy work on this thread is finished. I think we have all accomplished a lot. It went in the direction I hoped it would. It took a while and a lot of convincing, but finally people began seeing the light. I congradulate you all on a job well done. greek39^*ninject]

May 3, 2006 at 12:52 pm #690857AnonymousInactiveI certainly have more. But now this part is done and with no response from shelly I will be seeking other avenues. Eventually something will be done. What we have done as a group has been excellent. I have spent countless hours on this subject and paid dearly.
Dating all the way back to September 2005 I have collected data. But I can’t seem to push the elelphant. Perhaps the action takin so far is enough to bring 888.com back to the table of dialogue.
All the answers you will ever need are on this thread. Connect the dots, and all the “shock” is here right in front of you. I added the “shock” already just have to connect my friend.
I am just abandoning this thread I am not going anywhere. There will be most posts in this regard. There are many CAP members who will keep adding to this thread, to keep the fire going. My part will be going in another direction. If I dissapoint I am sorry, I am confident this will get resolved eventually. greek39
May 3, 2006 at 1:32 pm #690865AnonymousInactiveIt’s working already. A search on google for casino site scraping brings up the first couple of sites:
1) Gamblog’s article concerning 888
2) This very thread on Cap
3) This very thread on Cap
4) The current thread concerning the problem with 888 affiliates that scrape content, which is on CasinoMeister.http://www.google.com/search?q=casino+site+scraping&hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-09%2CGGLD%3Aen
A search on google for 888 is a rogue casino. Returns Gamblog’s article at number 3.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD%2CGGLD%3A2005-09%2CGGLD%3Aen&q=888+is+a+rogue+casino
One can only begin to wonder what other terms relating to this whole sorry mess that 888 has the power to resolve I might add, casino portals will begin to rank for very well, once GBot does it’s thing.
May 3, 2006 at 1:46 pm #690872vladcizsolMemberWe are currently under DDOS attack. I am not surprised. This is probably a warning as the attackers are scrapers.
Here are a few if the sites involved, all of them are registered and hosted by one provider which should look familiar. Our attornies will be following up on this later today. Here’s what I received fom the tech team:
Quote:There is a fairly week DDOS attack going on on the site right now, but it looks like it’s gaining momentum.Do you know these guys:
http://casino-gratuit.cfr8.com
http://online-casinos.cfr8.com
http://play-blackjack.game71.com
http://play-casino-games.online62.comWe are having bursts of hits comming in from each of these sites, most likely as an attack and they have managed to create some time-out situations. I will add their IP addresses to the block list, unless we have some legitimate advertising on these sites.
All of the domains are registered anonymously and hosted here:

xwww.gamblux-baccarat.com
xwww.online-betting-tfx.com
xwww.spam-solutions.comAre the IP’s from different CBlocks?
May 3, 2006 at 2:16 pm #690890vladcizsolMemberApparently so. My guys say the current attacks are utilizing at least ten different servers.
May 3, 2006 at 2:34 pm #690900AnonymousInactiveCan you ask these guys to shut those servers down?
