3 week replies on emails is a bit much. The latest is only at 4 days with no reply.

It appears my first assessment was probably closer to correct.
Email sent July 21st. Follow up July 24th. Today is August 1st and still no reply.
We don’t give Betfair much exposure on our sites. Maybe that’s the problem?
