I’ve got a high roller player member for Focal Click in September this year. In the first month I got paid several hundred bucks from the particular player. In October, the player continue wagered more thus I was supposed to earn more earings (approx. USD 2000). Focal Click found this player is a potential high roller player and seek any possible execuse to keep the player to their own and pending my earing payment Since October.
Their redicious reason they gave to me was:
The player did not use Verified by VISA ( a security feature in the Cashier for Credit Cards ) so there is the possibility of some form of chargeback.

How redicious for this reason!! If their affiliate casinos didn’t accept and got the deposit payment from the player’s card isser bank, why the high roller player still active and wagered till now?? (November 6) The only reason is Focal Click and their affiliate casinos are cheating attempt!!If you got the similar situation please don’t hestitate post here to warn other members not to be cheated by Focal Click. Also, CAP webmaster please help to trace the potential cheating issue with Focal Click authority for our public members’ rights.

alanhsu, as I mentioned in my emails to you, we were not seeking to keep the player for our own and not pay you. Our program has not been in business for years because we seek to cheat webmasters out of their earnings. The player in question was cited by the fraud team as a possible case for a chargeback. They have been trying to get a hold of the player for quite some time to verify certain security questions. The player did not speak English so it took quite a while for them to verify.
In any event, payment was made to you last week. I sent you emails to let your know that payment was made but received no reply. Can you confirm?
Kind Regards,
MarkNovember 17, 2008 at 5:57 pm #787234allbusinessMemberI’ve receive the September payment right after I post the message. Thanks anyway. However, I am waiting what you will do afterwards so that I’d like to wait for the October payment status for a couple days.
I aggree that your have your own security policies, but the whole process seem not be accepted by the general common sense. Yet, you got to be more aggressive to inform your affiliate members the accurate truth and the expecting issue resolved date.
Most affiliate programs (over 90%) paid their last month’s commission within the 10 business days. Will you accerate your steps with thems? The casino affilaite market’s competitive is so keen, Only doing possible efforts and better deals can make you desire more market share.
By the way, when will you pay me the commission of October?
