AffUtd updates poker gross rev term

SUMMARY: Affiliates United have updated the term surrounding Poker Gross Revenue to more clearly identify the calculation.
TERMS UPDATE -COMMISSIONS”Player” is an individual that: (i) has opened a new account with the Operator in respect of a relevant Site; (ii) has not previously opened an account with the Operator in respect of such Site; (iii) has had their account registration details adequately validated and approved by the Operator, including (without limitation) that the individual is confirmed to be 18 years of age or above; (iv) places stakes, or plays, (as relevant) with deposited money on the relevant Site via the Affiliate’s Tracker(s); and (v) is qualified and authorised to access and use the relevant Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of such Site and complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations;
”Player Rake” means, in the case of poker, any rake collected from a Player ;
” Poker Gross Revenue ” total of all Player Rakes plus poker tournament entry fees in the relevant calendar month , less Chargebacks ; and ( iii) any other revenue returns , credits , compensations or refunds given to Players;
SUMMARY: This appears to be a clarification of the Gross Revenue calculation.
