Terms spidered on April 6th, 2011 11:20 AM
SUMMARY: There are 5 basic sections of terms alerts for AffUtd:
1. Gaming Taxes
2. Offensive Content
3. Marketing Restrictions
4. Poker Revshare
5. Inactive AccountsThe Revenue Sharing is the most disturbing, but it is impossible to tell yet if they plan on retroactively applying the percentage loss to affiliates.
The inactive accounts is also something we do not like to see. It costs them nothing to keep the funds open for affiliates, but they do have a very long time frame for inactive accounts. My guess is that there is a hefty sum of money awaiting affiliates who have not collected and they want it back Who knows.
