Hello Everyone,
Since early today, AffiliateGuardDog.com set up a review section of the site where we allow Affiliate Programs to work with us to both clarify and in some cases change Terms and Conditions to be more affiliate friendly.
We have had several discussions with Hot Pepper Affiliates Affiliate Manager Jason and worked with him over the course of the day. Jason was very willing to get onboard with AffiliateGuardDog.com to create a program with T&C’s that are SUPER affiliate friendly. He has gone above and beyond all expectations and improved their T&C’s from extremely predatory to extremely friendly.
Well done Jason! Everyone appreciates it!
There is a review of our process with Hot Pepper as well as a message from Jason in the Affiliate manager portion of their Forum section.
Check it all out: http://www.affiliateguarddog.com/forums/index.php/board,22.0.html
Feel free to discuss all areas of this here at CAP for everyone’s benefit!

At this time we only work with affiliate terms and conditions. I believe that this is our major concern at the moment as it affects the livelihood of every one of us.
There is a possibility, in the future, of player terms evaluation. However, that is a monumental task considering that these terms change continuously and many casinos have different terms for each promotion. It’s a bit more than we can chew off at the moment.

That is way cool, now Vegas Technologies has several properties we can promote without predatory terms.

Thanks man. I’ll leave the politics up to J. Todd He does such an amazing job at it.
I have given up on this administration. I did not vote for them, so I take no credit for putting them in office. I do, however, take small credit for increasing the odds against them pushing through laws unabated The outcome from the last round of elections was certainly a win in my book.
