I just checked my stats this morning to find out I have made $0. It is not a good time for you to be screwing around with our stats. You need to fix this asap.I have nothing there either.

This is the lowest month in earnings with them for the last 2 years.
Makes me wonder why the income goes down with the t&c changes.Also, the statistics don’t have negatives anymore? Why can’t we see
how far negative the revenue has gone? Also, the income in the two
different sections don’t match up at all. What a mess all of this is.It seems to me that they have basically abandoned all efforts at affiliate marketing and are doing everything possible to alienate affiliates.
My stats are no longer zeroed, but they might as well be for my earnings are less then I have EVER earned with Referback in a onew week span, much less a month. I have seen roughly a 90% drop in earnings under these new terms and conditions!!!!
Yes it is total crazy how low earnings are this month at referback. :angry:

WayneBeg all you want, but patience is running out, fast. Why does it need to take a few days to investigate? It’s August 19th. Have you seen the Captain’s poll above? If nearly 90% of the people have been experiencing extremely low earnings for 19 days already, something must be wrong. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
Many people are getting fed up with this waiting game. It should not be necessary to wait for such a long time, especially when it comes to making sure commissions are being calculated properly. The stats have been broken for almost 3 weeks now — since August 1.
I suggest you get your $#!% together and get the stats fixed ASAP. Referback doesn’t have much going for it anymore, thanks to your retroactive and shitty new terms and conditions, and your failure to address the broken stats could be the final nail in your coffin.
Excuse my harshness, but I think this issue needs to be addressed now, not later.
