As far as casinos go, you have Bodog and Focal Click. Hopefully many more soon. :wink-wink

There should really be a place where you can find information on ALL the programs (casino or otherwise) that are using ASP. Anyone know of a place where that information can be found?

Yes, I know… But I highlighted the problem with that. Here is something I LOVE about Statsremote (yes, this relates)…. Any time a new program is available, they notify us.

With ASP, I never know what is going on. I would love for them to have a complete list available for us to check on. How else will I know to changeover to ASP payments if they don’t let us know??

I have been waiting for my commission account pay that was supposidly sent to my ASP account last week. Not casting blame. Just would like my money.

Not to mention the fact that this will be the first time using ASP and I have heard horror stories on how long it takes for them to issue the card. Not to mention the $15 fee which would be fare providing it was sent immediately. Thererfore, I see no choice but to opt to pay the exorbitant $50 fee as I need the funds, yesterday!

Last week Commission Account sent some transaction files to ASP incorrectly, meaning that the transactions could not be processed. The problem was solved by CA and they then sent the correct files to ASP late Friday and all transactions have been uploaded today (Monday morning). Obviously there was a delay over the weekend; however we only upload files during office hours Monday – Friday.
Mostly loads to Affiliate Accounts happen same day however some delays may occur due to extraordinary circumstances such as above.
We are sorry for any delays in the cards reaching you; all cards are sent immediately from ffice:smarttags” />Cyprus so please allow time for them to arrive. If you have any questions regarding your card please contact customercare@affiliatespeedpay.com.

Also the $15 card fee can be paid by your program when you use a referal code supplied by your program please check with your program manager.
If for any reason you still have not received payment, then please contact your account manager at Commission Account since unless ASP receives the instruction we can not load your account.

Hallaluyh! I finaly received my payment. Now, I see the 15 for the card was not deducted as per the requirements. Therefore, I will assume it is NOT on it’s way. Think I will just eat the exorborant $50 fee and do a bank transfer. This is Not the way to go for me.

Forget that idea as it will cost me about 1/2 my comissions to get the funds. guess I;ll just chalk these commissions off for the meantime. Suppose I’ll get them eventually when they send the card.

ASP? Why don;t ‘YOU” ask commission Account for whatever code you need for me to get the card free?! Although, if ou need my 15 bucks that bad, take it! I just want my money. Sorry to be harsh but May was a horrible month and I do need every penny!

I apologise for the smilies appearing in the response previous, this was a formatting issue when I pasted the text in.

I am pleased that you have received your funds, as I said the delay was on CA’s side and not due to ASP.

The $15 card issuance fee is taken automatically once you have sent your identification docs and it has been approved. Please make sure this has happened so you can also withdraw funds.

The quickest and cheapest way to withdraw funds is via the card. If you would like to use the bank wire facility the fee covers the standard cost of sending a SWIFT. You will find that most banks charge a similar fee due to the fact that the SWIFT network and admin is costly.

I am sure CA will cover your $15 card fee. I will email you privately so that we can take care of matters from here in.

Glad to hear that CA will cover the fee. The card was sent to you on the 25th, it can take time to arrive depending on country. Please allow up to two weeks for the postal service.
