Nick, Todd and Aleph you are invited to pull up a chair and join us.
That’s very gracious of you
If these damn affiliate programs weren’t constantly ripping me off i could afford to charter a jet out there
Seriously though, i don’t like the fact that some people have the notion that i am some mean shit disturber who has nothing better to do than cause friction within the community, that’s not the kind of rep i want, so if i accused a program of wrong doing, it should not be held against me if i was proven right in doing so.
I just recently started making money in this business, and now it feels like the rug has been pulled from underneath me, and it’s very upsetting, i’m trying to keep a good humour about it, like others here, but i can assure everyone that i am extremely pissed off, i never wanted any of this
Now the other part is this, as mentioned here, some programs are taking advantage of this situation to distance themselves from affiliates, and i think that was the main issue in this thread, and i feel that way too, i’m not getting a lot of reassurance from some partners that everything will be ok, and it’s making me feel uneasy.
I think many people want this question answered
Why are some programs reacting differently from others, regarding this situation, this is something i would like answered, i know there could be a variety of reasons, such as jurisdiction, software provider, etc, but i’m still waiting to hear an official and unanimous legal response on the subject
I keep hearing “gambling online is not illegal”, yet all these places are bailing out, it is irritating as hell to keep hearing that over and over again here
Feels like i’m being kept in the dark.

There you are.

Why? BECAUSE THERE IS NONE.
If I were a program I would not post in a thread like this for the life of me.
JTodd had a legitimate question that is a specific issue that concerns all of us.
Jumping in and moaning about being ripped off and trashing places has done everything but help to resolve the question.
It’s counterproductive and I don’t want to see any additional threads derailed like that.
If you want to start your own topics, you are more than welcome to, but don’t screw up threads others start.

It’s time we realized we’re on the losing side of this. Programs don’t say anything because they don’t have to, and there’s not a damn thing you or I can do about it.
The government did what they did for money…
The programs are doing what they are doing for money…
It’s always about the money.
There will be a time when these silent programs eventually do say something to us… most likely when they need something from us…
So just take notes.

Couldnt agree with you more Mr Integrity. Money is so often the be all end all and it’s actually pretty disgusting. About as disgusting as the piggyback riders that gallop around mucking here and mucking there.
One things for sure; if we don’t have each other we have no one.
Now wheres that drink?
