Started this thread as a special place for Affiliate Managers to give their response AND recommendations for their upcoming affiliate payment methods regarding Neteller’s non-willingness to process affiliate payments.
January 18, 2007 at 10:33 am #723160AnonymousInactiveHave they specifically said that they will not process affiliate transactions?
I read it as stopping gambling transactions, and as far as I’m aware, we aren’t gambling here, we are marketing.
January 18, 2007 at 10:52 am #723165AnonymousGuestIn any case since you’re here. please offer the best/safest quality options for players to be able to deposit/get paid.
thanks.
January 18, 2007 at 11:09 am #723169AnonymousGuestAnnouncement – Change to Neteller policy
Due to a recent announcement by Neteller, US Neteller members are no longer able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling operations.
Even though players can no longer deposit or withdraw funds using Neteller, their casino accounts are not affected and all balances are still available.
We are currently making announcements to all our US players and, ironically, this will actually benefit the majority of your players. To incentivize the opening of accounts, Grand Monaco, CasinoSHARE and PokerSHARE will be providing free bonuses to the majority of players. You will more than likely gain an increase in play and more activity.
For future deposits and withdrawals we have a wide range of other methods available and recommend Click2Pay, Payspark and Instadebit, among others. These are well established, convenient, fast and safe ways for you and your players to continue enjoying their experience with us.
I would suggest that you update any references to US players and announce the change to the Neteller policy on your sites.
Neteller is still available for players outside of the US.
US Affiliates using Neteller:
Please be advised that we are no longer able to transfer your Affiliate Payments via Neteller. The above will also apply to you so you are encouraged to open accounts and change your details on G3 / PlayShare Affiliates.
Kindest regards,
Jon-Jon Keegan
January 18, 2007 at 2:19 pm #723190AnonymousGuestsorry to be so dense but I very much do not want to get it wrong and have players signing up somewhere they can’t use.
Click2Pay, Payspark and Instadebit
so all three of those accept USA based players?
And ifso: are all 3 options …. choices which most people feel confident to stay with their current policy of accepting USA players?
and finally … is PaySparks still by invitation only?
one last question … it is likely that there will be one method which is much more widely used that some of the others …. for convenience sake I’d very much like to migrate to that forerunner … so that I don’t end up having to get several accounts across the board in order to be able to transfer back forth to my surfers etc.
though it may not be definitely obvious at this time which company that will be … can anyone offer their best guess as to which will be the most widely used deposit option?
thanks in advance ….

In the meantime, we suggest that, if you are based in the US, you change from NETeller to one of our other secure payment methods. Our Customer Support will be in touch with those of you in the US who have NETeller accounts.
Please login onto our site, click on the “Commissions & Payments” tab, and change your payment method according to the instructions.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if any further information is needed.
January 18, 2007 at 3:14 pm #723202AnonymousInactiveI would like to see Payspark offered across the board for gamblers and affiliate payments though I fear which methods may be next in line.

January 18, 2007 at 10:04 pm #723291AnonymousInactiveFrom our CPS forum:
Gday All,
Casino Profit Share wishes to advise that due to recent US legislative changes and events, effective immediately, US Neteller members are no longer able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling sites, including all casinos within the Casino Action Group.
Even though players can no longer deposit or withdraw funds using Neteller, their casino accounts are not affected and all balances are safe. For future deposits and withdrawals we have a wide range of other methods available including, Click2Pay, EveryWhereMoney, EcoCard and EZIPay. These are well established, convenient, fast and safe ways for your players to continue to enjoy our games.
Please be aware that this also affects our Instant Payments system, which I know a lot of you are using as a key promotional tool. On the upside, Instant Payments and Neteller are still available to players who do not reside in the US. I would suggest that you take a moment as soon as possible to update any references to Instant Payments to include “terms and conditions apply” or something similar.
To re-iterate, Neteller and our Instant Payments system are still viable options for players outside of the US.
