Hi Shane,
Can you please take a look at this thread and take appropriate action against the affiliate that has stolen my content?
Here is the aff tag he uses to promote Lucky Nugget:

The stolen content is still up on 3 different sites…
Please note that this is a different thief than the one I have been talking about in other threads. Here is the complete info about this case:

Hello? Hello? Hello?
echo echo echo
(sorry — I was just entertaining myself for a minute there)
Seriously — has anyone from Referback seen this?
This affiliate of yours has stolen from me again, one month after I originally created this thread.
Please look at this thread and please do something. Thanks in advance.

We took this very seriously and contacted the parties involved in the incident.

April 30, 2008 at 9:27 am #766934AnonymousInactiveHi there all,
I spoke to this affiliate personall and all content which originated from the pages in question will be replaced.
At the end of the day his intentions were not malicious but not being english he liked the way in which the game was being described, and used only that which he thought was specific to the game i.e. # of reels, coins etc which in his mind would not be a problem.
All the best,
Shane
April 30, 2008 at 12:03 pm #766948AnonymousInactivehmmm….
I don’t believe one word of that excuse.
April 30, 2008 at 1:28 pm #766956AnonymousInactiveThanks for following up, Shane.
He didn’t just use bits and pieces of “data,” though — he copied and pasted the entire first paragraph each time he stole from me (as you can see in the screenshots).
His not being good with English doesn’t entitle him to steal from those who do understand how to write in English. I don’t understand Chinese, but I’m not out there ripping off Chinese content so that I can benefit from the expected huge growth in the Chinese market….
I will be watching his sites — he had better not steal from me again. If he does, in addition to contacting his affiliate managers, I’ll contact his host and ask them to shut down his sites.
Thanks again for stepping in, Shane.
