I’ve been paid some affiliate payments by p2p transfers. Now I’m wondering which one of these companies loves us all enough to put aff. earnings into a personal account then send them p2p? I know it would be loads of $ in fees but…

I would STRONGLY advise you to NOT pile up money in Neteller if you are a US citizen. STRONGLY….
Neteller will be closing all transfers to the US shortly after they have cleared up the present backlog of withdrawels.
