    Hello ALL

    This is Zane. I am still alive and have not got my head in the sand!

    I just got off the phone with the professor. He helped me see that this forum feels like ReferBack is ignoring you all and that this is really pissing you off. He also helped me see that some of these changes are perceived far more negatively than I or the ReferBack team had meant or anticipated. Thanks for making the time to explain this to me – Lou!

    I am committed to understanding the issues around this and doing what I can to resolve this. That said I don’t want to make promises I cannot deliver on.

    So I ask of all of you to be patient for a few days while I get my head around all this and see if something can be done. By Friday latest I should be able to have more feedback.

    Hi Zane,

    good to know you are on it and trying to do something to fix the situation.

    The new payment choices will doubtlessly find their fans if all else remains the way it was, and perhaps you can wait to see the impact of these before considering objectionable changes.

    I sure hope that you will see your way to changing things back. Some of the changes are just not acceptable.
