Yes, eCOGRA is pressuring.
Yes, 888 is hurting.No, there will be no lawsuits.
We will negotiate, they will clean up, we move on.
It will send a message to the remaining programs – there are 3 more I know of, and one seems to have pretty much stopped.
We are going to mop this up, and we need to stay focused on what we are trying to do and not get side tracked by empty threats or anything else.
We are not in this because we want war or because we want to destroy anyone, we are in this because we want a clean industry.
And we are going to get it. Last year we tackled bad T&Cs, this year we are tackling blackhatters. Next year it will likely be something else.
This is a very positive development and I am very happy at how this is proceeding now.
We did well.
I agree Dominique 100% if 888 cleans up there act like it appears they a willing to do, the industry will benefit.
There is quite a mess to clean up! Judging from what I have on file. greek39

888.com aggressive seo marketing campaign shows signs of improvement. I just finished checking 500 info domains belonging to the big players. All 500 are not scraping nor redirecting.
A little bit of trivia the Spam Huntress is under a Dos attack. I was reading her blog the other day she mentioned Ziv and Moniker as spammers.
I did send Shelley some info, mainly in regards to doorway pages with same title and description. Google apparently will be taking a tougher stand on this practice in the near furture. I also mentioned the fact some sites are selling childrens toys along side online gambling.
The thousands of domains owned by 888.com all have to be checked, for scrapes and spam. In my travels I ran into lots of crap on cpays, but perhaps this can wait.
Still have not heard back from Shelley, once I do I can move forward. What a mess they have caused!! I almost starting to think they were misinformed or duked by some seo companies or did not fully understand the situation.

I mostly run into casinopays stuff now.
It appears to be replacing 888 spamdexing.
I turned in a bunch of it a couple of weeks ago and it’s gone now.
I turned in a bunch more last week.
I can’t stress enough to turn this stuff in – we have google’s attention, the engineers actually deal with these complaints from our industry right now.

P.S Google is right pissed off!! not at the honest ones but at the BH community. I wouldn’t be surprised if they yank their sites. I also noticed some ranks are dropping for 888.com.
I turned that set in, although they are already partially down.
The information I provided to 888 was modest to say the least. I questioned on a few points I felt where revelant in order to move forward. I provided them with 50% of their property domains, one scraper, one unethical practice and a software question.
I feel sharing is important, I feel scattering sheep amongst wolves is the wrong approach.

Makes me wonder, I am in the process of going through your software.
4. Why is the scrapers already mentioned on CAP still promoting your brand?
