Has anybody else had problems with these sites? First, my players started to come to me that BetDirect locks their accounts and doesn’t even tell them why and doesn’t unlock them for weeks or more.
But then suddenly I found my 32red account locked and it’s been for 20 days that I emailed, called, and chatted with support as well as emailed Kate and Lee and they all promised to have a look at the issue and I still don’t know why the account is locked (with my money on it) and I am not sure what I could do to have it unlocked since I have no idea why it is locked on the first place.
Has anybody else had similar problems recently? What can you do in this case? Is there somewhere to go above 32red? Maybe Microgaming?

April 17, 2007 at 12:28 am #734133Maxfalcon1MemberYes, I know, I thought they had the best support before these issues started to come out. We were always really satisfied with all their work.
But this is about the 4th issue, the first 3 was BetDirect, my players just found their accounts locked the same way. In one case I had to email Kate and the issue was solved within 2 days or so.
So I am also shocked about it, but it has been happening lately, and not only with my account.
April 17, 2007 at 12:56 am #734135AnonymousInactiveWell 32Red have an area here – so nip down and post into their forum section.
That should get some reaction ..Which country are you from Padovan?
Romania? Bulgaria?I’m aware that some new internet networks in central European countries seem to re-use IP addresses – which can look fradulent in the logs.
But – I’m just guessing based on your name – and the sudden locking of accounts.
It’s best if you post in the specific 32Red areas – and get it looked at by the managers.
:hattip:April 17, 2007 at 2:03 am #734145Maxfalcon1MemberI’m from Hungary originally but the funny thing is that I don’t live in Hungary, I live in England so it might explain the player issues but not mine (my player base is mostly Hungarian).
I will try that topic, but I was promised by Kate and then by Lee as well to have a look at the issue and nothing is happening… So they know about the problem over there.

If your player base is from Hungary, then most likely that is the reason of the lockout. Lots of Microgaming casinos don’t accept players from central europe.
However, this still doesn’t justify the fact that players haven’t been contacted with explanation of why their account was locked out.April 17, 2007 at 10:21 am #734173Maxfalcon1MemberWell, about 2-3 of them don’t allow Hungarians, that is true, but 32red doesn’t say anything like that on the homepage and they allowed them before.
Also I have an account that is registered under a London address, so this can’t explain locking my account.
And I am not complaining about locking the accounts, many websites do that for security reasons. But then they ask for your documents or a phone call or something to confirm identity and that is it. And above all they tell you why the account is locked…

does your payment information and address on the account match?
April 17, 2007 at 3:34 pm #734212Maxfalcon1MemberYes, I had been playing there for about 18 months, but lately I haven’t played there. I cashed out many times before. They have all my documents as well. I have no idea for how long the account is locked because I haven’t been playing there, so I only discovered 20 days ago, but since then I email support basically every day and I get the same answer every day: we will contact the Poker Department and get back to you… and they never do.
