Caesars & 888
One pairing that’s definitely going into the licensing process with a big of an advantage is 888 Holdings and Caesars Interactive Entertainment.
These two giant gambling firms are already working together on legal, cash ventures in the UK, so there’s an established record of credibility. The Nevada Gambling Control Board gave its blessings to the relationship back in 2011 and they’re definitely going to be major players in the intrastate poker fight.
Caesars has also established itself as major social gaming platform on Facebook, too. The Caesars Casino app has over 2.5 million likes. It also puts them in a good spot should Facebook start accepting real cash gambling apps.
You have to congratulate the folks at Caesars and 888 for showing some incredible foresight and building this relationship when online poker in the US was far from a sure thing.
