Okay, technically this happened at the tail end of 2011, but the real impact of the DOJ’s Wire Act backpedal were felt all year long.
The challenge in 2012, and beyond, is all about implementation. So far we have almost no idea how affiliate partners are going to fit into this new regime (most likely CPA will rule the day, but no one knows for certain).
