Absolute Poker’s Brent Buckley Pleads Guilty: 31-year-old Brent Buckley admitted this week that he knew it was illegal to have US banks process gambling transactions so that customers could gamble online. Buckley says he was aware that the gambling transactions were disguised as payments to hundreds of online merchants that did not, in fact, exist.
