Daniel Tzvetkoff
The Black Friday story is packed with sleazy side plots and characters, but few are as slippery as Daniel Tzvetkoff. Tzvetkoff had the distinction of being arrested – a full year before the actual indictments came down – for his role in processing US player money through dummy accounts set up by John Campos (more about him later).
After just five months in Federal custody, Tzvetkoff was released. The Feds, as it turns out, are more than happy to let you walk away if you’re willing to throw your friends under the bus. Tzvetkoff took that offer, agreed to testify on behalf of the prosecution and is pretty much free and clear.
