Bwin is a major player in the online gambling world which makes their shoddy treatment of affiliates a bit of a head scratcher. Bwin jumped on to the Rogue list in 2010 with a spectacular bit of retroactive T&C shifting. Besides drastically reducing commissions, they also introduced a number of extremely predatory terms to that same T&C.
There’s nothing wrong with a company changing its policies regarding payout structures, but most affiliates believe that the term lifetime revenue isn’t negotiable. Bwin seems to have forgotten the value that affiliate partners add to the conversion process and that’s placed them on the Rogue List over and over again.
