#10 – Google+ Takes Off
Google+ is the most popular social network that no one ever uses. Most SEOs have accounts and post material to it because they know that it gets regularly indexed by Google search bots. But in the last few months, Google + has actually been picking up some steam. (Like most of us, you’ve probably noticed an uptick in the number of new additions in your circles recently.)
Now whether Google+ will ever be able to compete with Facebook and Twitter remains to be seen. But for now, we’ll just say that the network is growing and over the course of 2013, a lot us may be using it a lot more than we ever imagined.
