One of the globe’s biggest online bingo developers, Playtech’s Virtue Fusion, recently announced a series of upgrades to its customer retention portfolio.
The updates were designed to help the company’s many online bingo clients better retain its customers. The new services will also help affiliates, who reap greater commission rates from lifetime players.
These new customer rewards include a new, flexible loyalty points system that allows licensees to reward customers with bonus funds or cash. Plus, “operators will be able create their own branded ‘shops’; a virtual marketplace where the points can be exchanged for experiences (e.g. tickets to sporting events or shopping vouchers),” Virtue Fusion reps stated in a news release. “Tiered levels will rank rewards and allow the more faithful players to collect higher value gifts.”
Also part of the upgrades are Virtue Fusion’s new “free tickets facility,” designed to let players receive free entry to games, “which is key for operators who may want to target lapsed users or promote new bingo rooms and titles.”
Bob McCulloch, Virtue Fusion’s Chief Executive, said: “Customer retention strategies are key to an operator’s success and the new tools developed by Virtue Fusion will continue to ensure loyalty among players on our worldwide network. These unique products will provide a significant business advantage to our operators and players will enjoy a real point of difference on their platforms. I’m sure that they will prove to be a very powerful combination alongside our market-leading online bingo games.”
Virtue Fusion clients include Ladbrokes, William Hill, Virgin, and many other premier brands.
