Dan Harrington's back-to-back WSOP Main Event final tables; Greg Raymer's deep run in a much larger field of the Main Event after winning it the year previously; Stu Ungar's triple crown.
These poker achievements are unlikely to be replicated, but yesterday an online player known as "yuvee04" managed to set his own benchmark for online MTTs (multi-table tournaments).
He played two events simultaneously – the $500 H.O.R.S.E. tournament and the $200 turbo No Limit Hold ‘em tournament. As he went deep in the five-game fixed limit event, he dominated the turbo, taking down first prize. When that was wrapped up, he could focus fully on the H.O.R.S.E. – which he also won! That adds up to an overall prize of $170,000 after beating the combined efforts of 4,000 players.
