Fact: Whereas state gambling monopolies often conduct their business responsibly, this does not mean that private casinos should not get any credit for also pushing forth high reliability standards.
In 2008, eCOGRA (e-Commerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance) conducted a study which shows that private licensed casinos are better at implementing responsible and fair gambling standards.
