Alberto A Annecchino, a spokesman for the company, said that launch was imminent and would include attractive signup incentives to players, who can pre-register on the website from this week. The site will have a full NetEnt Casino Module gambling suite. U.S. players are excluded from using the site.
The new outfit is registered in the Curacao E-Zone, and has obtained a license through master licensing company Cyberluck to operate from the Netherlands Antilles.
