London Calling Online Gaming Affiliates

November 27, 2009 (CAP Newswire) — Next week, London will be not only the capital of the UK, but also of the online gambling affiliate marketing world, as a number of important European-centered iGaming events converge there.

First, respected online marketing news source eGaming Review (EGR) is hosting the first-ever EGR Live, a new event focusing on bringing affiliates insider info on the business side of online gaming. Leveraged as a meeting of the minds, EGR Live gives affiliates (as well as other online marketing professionals) rare access to the online gaming’s most successful figures. CEOs from the industry’s top companies, including Bwin, Unibet, William Hill, Ladbrokes and Betfair, will not only be present but also actively engaged with the attendees.

On top of that, the event features a full roster of more than 30 high-powered seminars and workshops designed to help improve affiliates’ marketing performance, focusing particularly (but not exclusively) on media and online strategy.

EGR Live will be held on Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December of next week. And the following day, Wednesday 2 December, iGaming Business and GTECH G2 (GTECH's iGaming division) will be holding a special breakfast debate to help establish where European iGaming law is at, and where it’s heading.

“Representatives from Alderney, France and Italy will present opposing views on the harmonization of iGaming law across Europe versus individual state-controlled iGaming policies,” as iGaming Business describes the meeting. With European laws undergoing huge shifts in France, Germany, Poland, and elsewhere, the timing is certainly right for a gathering of the continent's top online casino leaders.

Best of all, both events are absolutely free to affiliates (and most other members of the online gaming industry). For further details or to register for EGR Live, click here. For info on the European iGaming Legislation Debate, contact Lyceum media at [email protected].
