Integra Partners is looking to recover damages from PT Games after a missed deadline cost the company their Maltese remote gaming license. Details are still scarce in this developing story, but here’s what we know so far.
According to a post on the forums at GPWA yesterday, Integra Partners has turned to a Maltese arbitration court to recover losses cause by PT Games’ failure to complete a new gaming platform as scheduled.
Because Maltese gaming regulations required the software to be in place by a certain time, the delay cost Integra more than just the usual headaches of a missed deadline.
None of this is good news for IntPar, the comapany that purchased Integra last February with the hopes of reviving the troubled Grand Duke Casino site. Integra had been listed rogue with a number of affiliate advocacy sites, including CAP, but shed that label during the summer.
This story is still developing, so watch CAP for the latest details as they emerge.
