Gambling.com Magazine has released its second anniversary issue featuring a true icon of the sporting world and arguably the most recognisable face in snooker, Jimmy White, on its cover.
The magazine met White at his new training camp in the confines of the Royal Surrey Poker and Snooker Club to chat about his love of both games.
Gambling.com carried on the snooker theme for the milestone issue by also speaking with current World Champion John Higgins about retaining his title, becoming a father for the third time and finding his form at the poker table.
Jeff Ma, former MIT number cruncher and protagonist of the best-selling book ‘Bringing Down The House', also spoke with Gambling.com ahead of the release of ‘21', a film starring Kevin Spacey, Laurence Fishburne and Kate Bosworth. The movie follows the story of the Ma's MIT Blackjack Team as they weaved their mathematical magic on the casinos of Las Vegas.
The issue previews the 2008 John Smith's Grand National and the 888.com World Snooker Championships and takes a look back at the dramatic end of Super Bowl XLII. There is also a piece that goes behind the scenes at a 21st Century casino and a report on the Poker Stars EPT Copenhagen event as well as in-depth analysis on the games of blackjack and British Kalooki.
