Full Tilt Poker was the epicenter of the poker boom, and subsequent implosion.
In the post-Black Friday era Chris Ferguson, Ray Bitar and the rest of the FTP crew have provided a case study on how not to run a poker site. Pretty much everyone connected with the site who was actively involved in the fraud wound up losing some money.
FTP is, arguably, the largest poker site to shutter its doors. Whether it re-emerges as part of Absolute Poker or continues as a DOJ player repayment project is still up in the air.
