Model, actress and reality television star Trishelle Cannatella has become the latest celebrity poker player to sign an endorsement deal with leading online site AbsolutePoker.com.
The 30-year-old Louisiana native has joined a team which already includes Michael Mizrachi, Sean McCabe, Casey Kastle, Scott Bohlman, Mark Seif, Shirley Williams, Lacey Jones and Brandon Cantu.
"I’m very excited to be AbsolutePoker.com’s new celebrity endorser," said Cannatella.
"Poker has always been a passion of mine and I can’t think of a better team to be a part of."
Cannatella has appeared on popular television programmes including Punk'd, Fear Factor, Criminal Minds and Dr. Steve-O and has also featured in magazines such as Maxim, Playboy and Elle Girl. In addition, The University Of Southern Mississippi alum has appeared in films such as Ninja Cheerleaders, The Dukes Of Hazzard: The Beginning and The Hillz.
However, Cannatella first came to prominence on the reality television series Real World: Las Vegas where she developed a taste for poker. She then appeared on the game show Celebrity Poker Showdown, which featured celebrities competing against each other on the felt in order to win money for charity.
She soon won the Caesars Palace Classic in Las Vegas, which was the first poker event she had ever entered, before going on to compete in other tournaments including the World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational in 2008 and 2009.
Players at AbsolutePoker.com can use the site's ‘poker buddy' software to discover where and when Cannatella is competing on the domain before joining her at the tables.
