No one knows where the mythical SEO sweet spot is but everyone seems to agree that it’s not on the far side of the curve. SEOs at all levels tend to think that more is better and that’s just not the case. A successful SEO campaign takes a lot of fine tuning and won’t rely too heavily on any one method.
Over optimization is a lot like a cake that’s comprised entirely of frosting – it might look good in the kitchen but no one is really going to want to eat it. Not only that, but Google doesn’t think too highly of over optimization, either.
