This is a cool add-on designed to improve user interaction on your forum. Its main function is to enable cool user tagging, which works similarly to Twitter @mentions.
This is probably the best way to enable user tagging in this day and age. People are already very familiar with the Twitter’s system, so the concept will be clear to everybody.
