Online poker site PKR.com is giving you the chance to send players to Manila to play in the 2011 Asian Poker Tour Philippines (APT) poker tournament.
The APT starts on March 30, leaving a few months to promote the poker tournament. And one of the best ways to do that is to send players to PKR to qualify for entry and even potentially a few grand in spending cash.
“Every other Monday starting 17 January we’re giving away at least one fantastic $5,000 package (which includes a $2,700 Main Event buy-in and $2,300 spending money) to this glitzy event that takes place at the end of March,” the PKR promo page states.
To qualify, players can “buy-in direct to a Final Stage for $215 or take your shot at satelliting in through our great value daily tourneys starting from just $2.28 or by trying your luck in lotteries from $0.56.”
