Forget Google
Every family seems to have one member whose fussing and attention-getting tactics ruin holidays and generally cause a lot of stress. These people get away with this kind of behavior because no one ever just ignores them. In the world of Internet commerce, Google is that family member who dominates everyone’s attention.
Given the spate of updates (Payday Loan, Penguin 2.0, etc…) that have come out recently it seems like now is a good time to just forget about Google entirely. This doesn’t mean forsaking fundamentally sound SEO and content marketing, because that’s what’s really important.
Forgetting about Google and concentrating on what’s best for your customers is a goal worth pursuing.
