The design here looks like an early-2000’s hype design. Meaning that it wants to present as much stuff on a single page as possible. Maybe back in the year 2000 this was okay, but it’s no longer the case.
And to make this even worse, this approach is really not effective for mobile. After visiting the site from a mobile device, you see the exact same thing. Everything is so small that you really can’t interact with the site in any way.
