This just out… C-Planet appears to have officially gone rogue after a report from Casinomeister accuses the program of de-tagging players form affiliate accounts.
For the Full Story, you can get more info here:
C-Planet Affiliate Program Goes Rogue
Just wanted to alert the community… Anyone have any additional insight on this? Please do share here on the thread or PM me.
Thanks!
June 27, 2012 at 7:01 pm #825908AnonymousInactiveIf you expect to survive in this business longer than a year, you should know better than to mess with and/or ignore respected forums where gamblers and affiliates congregate. Unfortunately, it does not look like a good future for them unless they fix and properly explain these issues of credibility. Going forward into the US market we do not need anymore of these clumsy slow motion reactions.
Thanks for the heads up!
June 28, 2012 at 2:10 pm #825926CaptainetteMemberWell, well… Whoever referred players to them and feels that he has been cheated may now try to submit a complaint in the Netherlands Antilles. Good luck. :eh:
June 29, 2012 at 12:18 pm #825948AnonymousInactiveC-Planet are a fairly big programme for me, whilst I have no evidence that they’ve been cheating me I feel that the right thing to do in this situation is to remove them, I’ve sent an email first asking them to explain themselves.

Wow… Thank you so much for sharing this- so appreciated. Only if you’re comfortable… would you be willing to share their response to these allegations and provide any insight as to what’s “really” going on?
June 29, 2012 at 4:14 pm #825955AnonymousInactiveYes of course, if they answer I will share it here. It’s important that as a community we show that if you cheat one of us, we will all respond.
June 29, 2012 at 5:58 pm #825957AnonymousInactiveI have pulled them down months ago. So easy to see things were not right when you can compare thier stats to other RTG programs. Conversions, deposits all WAY UNDER what was typical at other ones i promoted. Many times you do not have to wait for others to post what they have found, you just know things are jacked.

I’ve been taking personal notice for well over a year now, considering we are owed commissions and have been in touch with C-Planet as recent as 2 weeks ago to resolve this. CM did prompt us to take action but certainly wasn’t the only reason why we did, in particular. I can’t speak on behalf of others.
June 30, 2012 at 8:12 am #825969MissMMemberDo you all communicate this to your visitors? Or is it just an affiliate problem, are players still ok?
June 30, 2012 at 9:39 am #825971AnonymousInactiveUS-facing casinos are a minefield and obviously a ripe area for rogues/criminals. Roll on regulation.

As far as I am aware there have not been complaints by players. However, I would not endorse a casino where affiliates were cheated, just as much as I would not cooperate with a company that operates a fine affiliate program but cheats players.
Fyi, this affiliate program is operated in-house.
June 30, 2012 at 11:42 am #825974MissMMemberI am not promoting them anymore. But was wondering if I should warn players or just keep it at removing the brands.
July 1, 2012 at 4:41 am #825985xiaoxinMemberThere have been a few player complaints floating around, they are very slow paying and they make all the excuses they can as to why payments are delayed or not received at all. I would not be sending players to the Rushmore group.
July 1, 2012 at 4:09 pm #825988reelvejaimaveuMemberStay away from these kind of a programs! You should also told players to stay away. Rogue is rogue..
