I have seen some rank droppings since yesterday, and apparently Google confirmed today that Panda 3.3 rolled out. Anyone noticed anything unusual? I am not sure if the two are connected or this is just some sort of Google Dance, as the ranks dropped like a spot or two.
Anyone else observing something similar or perhaps in a positive aspect?
P.S: One of the main changes is this:
Link evaluation. We often use characteristics of links to help us figure out the topic of a linked page. We have changed the way in which we evaluate links; in particular, we are turning off a method of link analysis that we used for several years. We often rearchitect or turn off parts of our scoring in order to keep our system maintainable, clean and understandable.

hopefully it sticksMarch 1, 2012 at 5:27 pm #822080bosshoggsMemberBeen hearing all sorts of feedback regarding the Google Panda 3.3 update. Although there has been some negative… for the most past I’ve heard positive results and/or nothing really at all.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s behind the latest update: Google Panda 3.3 Released

I’m just guessing, but it probably deals with older seo methods like general article sites.
March 1, 2012 at 10:10 pm #822098AnonymousInactiveI’ve seen traffic go up on some sites as much as 80% in the last 2 days and also seeing some new keywords showing up in the search terms. So far I’m very happy with the update.
I’ll keep monitoring it to make sure it all stays this way.
