January 18, 2010 (CAP PR Wire) – Online gambling company Tell Gaming has announced the launch of their innovative new poker site TellGaming.com (www.tellgaming.com) which offers loyal players a stake in the company as well as pioneering educational methods.
As players actively play on the site they receive ‘ownership units’ in the company – a deal like no other online. Ownership units are earned by playing poker and casino games. Regardless of whether Tell Gaming merges with another company or continues independently, players will continue to receive a proportion of the profits distributed by the company.
Players on Tellgaming.com have already earned 20% of Tell Gaming as a result of their play on the site, with a dividend of €30,000 paid out to those industrious poker players on 6th January. An additional 5% equity in Tell Gaming is still available to their players after news of the additional ownership units were released after the turn of 2010.
Mr. Thomas Jonsén, Marketing manager at Tell Gaming commented: “We’re grateful to our players and rewarding them with a stake in our company is something we are very passionate about, and we hope to pay an ever higher dividend to our players within the next 12 months, as Tell Gaming continues its expansion.”
Players are not simply left to speculate on the value of their site, Tell Gaming is also the only gaming operator offering live poker academies. During these unique academies, players are given the opportunity to quiz their mentor, Andreas Hurtig a poker pro and math genius, on the game’s finer points while following a live cash or tournament game in real time.
About Tell Gaming
Tell Gaming was founded in 2006 by a few Swedish gaming enthusiasts. Their vision was to create a vibrant, exciting gaming site with as many winners as possible. Since Tell Gaming could never exist without its players, they think it’s only natural to reward them for choosing to play with them. Tell Gaming does this in two ways: Firstly, they distribute ownership units in Tell Gaming. Secondly, they offer Tell Academy, a poker school designed to help players become winning players.
